Guacamole for Picky Kids

Amazingly ,My Monkey Kid likes Guacamole.No idea how that happened.I’ m so surprised.But Of course happy to cook Guacamole every week.It seems, from what My Monkey told me ,that one can’t have Guacamole without Tortillas Chips, impossible.I arrange it as in the picture above the first time she tried it and now if I try to change it is not ok,not yummy-yum anymore.
Imagine that !

Back to my recipe, ingredients:

4 avocados - It suppose to feel a bit soft ,especially inside when you cut it ,and if you are lucky it will look very beautiful greenish inside.If you have it with the dark parts, well, again The Planet will continue to spin- Thank God for that.Many people use spoons to peel the avocados .Just put the spoon exactly under the skin and scoop it out.The seed is also easy to take out.Just get the knife a bit inside - as if you would try to cut it- and then turn the knife.The seed it ll come out stucked to the knife.

1 Lima or 2 little lemons( I prefer Lima ,,but, do your best ,,), of course using just the juice for Guacamole.

half Red Onion.( but the planet will continue spinning if you use whatever type of onion).

a little bit of coriander - it would be better to use it fresh green , not dry. Coriandor has a strong taste and smell, so ,,, just to take it in consideration.

1 tomato - medium size ,cut into reasonable small pieces.

1sp salt.

Another rule of My Monkey - everything has to be very well blended.

After this, everything is very easy.
Just blend them very very well, and TAAA- DAAA!!!!!!

The tortillas chips can’ t miss.

I like the corn Mexican tortillas.
If I make Guacamole for me , I would add more tomatoes, more coriander and especially more lemon juice.

But today is just for My Monkey has.

Now, we cook it every week and when she sees it on the table she gets so happy.

She takes her time ,using every chip to scoop guacamole.

It takes a while, but I’ m happy .
