One black and one white.After “smashing “ each half banana I‘ m adding in each bowl 1 egg and 50 g of sweetener - Erythritol.I’ trying to get rid of sugar in my cooking.I’m trying different things ,and also I need some time and tricks to make My Monkey think that she’ s having chocolate,when she ‘s not .

Delicious new type of omelette.A layer of corn folded on both sides of a blanket of cheese topped by eggs.Very delicious ,goes with everything and for everybody.Perfectly hiding veggies for picky fussy eaters.

Amazingly ,My Monkey Kid likes Guacamole.No idea how that happened.I’ m so surprised.But Of course happy to cook Guacamole every week.It seems, from what My Monkey told me ,that one can’t have Guacamole without Tortillas Chips, impossible.I arrange it as in the picture above the first time she tried it  and now if I try to change it is not ok,not yummy-yum anymore.Imagine that !

A perfect snack for picky  but curious kids.Especially my Monkey. It hides olives, which she would never touch, nuts, different types of seeds ,vegetables and cheese.

My new omelette is a desperate try to feed My Monkey cabbage.She wouldn’t touch it . Is very “ yucky “ it seems.I thought of using a lot of chicken, and eggs.I hoped that might help.But I’ m afraid It wasn’t a win.Well, she tried - a bit- put a weird face ..and that’ s it ..

Hiding peaches and oats using choco-chips is my goal today. Is scary how all the cookies contain so much sugar, and almost everything contains sugar.

I made yummy croquettes for my Picky Monkey. I'm afraid this dish didn't have too much success, but I love the croquettes. It seems I have to take care of everything she doesn't like. Imagine that!!

Beautiful and delicious green tacos. The plan was to hide the spinach inside the dough, and I have to say I got an amazing result. My Monkey wouldn't stop eating.

Delicious Moussaka with tuna and many others is a very consistent dish that my monkey loves. "Eating as is no tomorrow " might fit the situation. She gobbled it up!

I don’t know about other kids, but my Monkey would never touch avocado. I thought of using things she likes to hide the ones she doesn’t. Using avocado with chocolate cream, in general, seems like a fantastic idea.

Yellowish-greenish delicious sausage rolls fascinated My Monkey immediately.It was love at first sight. She loved it. I wanted to use only five hotdogs, and she ate all of them on the same day. The colour combination is so beautiful that it is impossible not to get "the eyes on it."

Today I'm making a FUNNY rice. Obviously, It will not be funny, hahaha, but it is a funny face. Nothing complicated and hiding vegetables, of course.
